Banny Grove is a singular voice in today’s increasingly unsupervised art music world, forging a nexus of underground experimentalism and pop accessibility that was once thought to be impossible. After pioneering the now thriving form of underground-band-as-character-based-performance-art, and filling 2017-2019 with a staggering number of wigged-up DIY shows, Banny Grove leader Louise Chicoine decided to trade in the costume and the cartoonish-ness that were her signatures, in order to break ground on a more profound and lasting body of work. Not coincidentally, this shift also saw the group relocating from Los Angeles to a solar powered shack and recording studio in the middle of the Mojave Desert, where they set out to distill elements of pop and electronic music with a high level of compositional inventiveness, and a touch of country-western flavor -- and to sharpen Louise’s lyrics to the unflinching edge demanded by our sick and confusing era.
Banny Grove’s 2nd full-length album Dust World is the document of this transformation. It was released in the summer of 2020 by Feeding Tube Records and Nicey Music.
"Formed in 2018 on the North Shore of Massachusetts, Jetties consists of Western Mass raised Page Page (guitar, vocals) and LA transplant Joe Gutierrez (lead guitar). Page's songs are potent and luminous, exploring grief and uncertainty with a tinge of humour and hope. Gutierrez's guitar adds a colorful swirl of harmony and noise to brighten and lift. The band takes its name from a small bagel shop in Ipswich where Page played with dough in the early hours of winter and spring mornings."

Beetsblog is the musical recording and performance project of Taggie Coppins.
Taggie makes groovy and odd pop songs inspired by her dreams, internal emotional narratives, and abstract imagery that occurs in her minds eye.
The initial years of the project were spent writing and experimenting with home recording techniques, dutifully following whatever musical whims popped into her head and eventually playing a handful of delightful shows in L.A. pre pandemic.
After moving to Brattleboro VT last year, she’s collaborated with new friends and musicians and expanded some of her songs into a full band dynamic. Currently she performs with Cole Gibson on drums and bass by Sophia DiMatteo.
