FAR OUT! is a queer stand up comedy showcase at 10Forward in Greenfield, MA. This showcases promises to be hilarious (and probably very out there), and features a combination of local and national talent. Come out with us Thursday, June 23rd and let's get weird! Hosted by Ang Buxton (they/them) a queer, non-binary comedian from Western Massachusetts. Ang is a high-energy, witty performer with a knack for explaining complicated concepts like gender politics in a way that is funny and relatable for everyone. They were featured as P3 Comedy Festival’s Queer of the Year for 2022 and placed 2nd. Ang has headlined at Nate Jackson’s Super Funny Comedy Club in Tacoma, Washington, and regularly features at Hawks & Reed Performing Arts Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Ang Buxton hosts and produces Taking Back Monday, a weekly queer-friendly comedy mic, and Mad Juicy, a monthly comedy showcase. Charlie Girard (he/him) is a gay trans masc comedian from DC. He has performed all over including at the DC Queer Comedy Festival and the New York Queer Comedy Festival. He’s got a lot of stuff to say about gender, sexuality, and men’s only spaces that he thinks you'll enjoy hearing about. Kevin Wingertzahn (they/them) is a non-binary comedian based out of New York. They’ve been featured in the Millennials on Melrose Comedy Festival, and they can be seen performing regularly around the Brooklyn alternative comedy scene.
Molly Hynes (she/her) is a Pioneer Valley staple. Molly is known for her absurdist humor. One time she caught a groundhog in a bucket. She has headlined around the Western Massachusetts region and stuff.
Francis Tierney (he/him) recently moved to Northampton, MA from Seattle, WA. Francis is fast becoming a crowd favorite. He is a sex educator by day, and known to the Western Mass Comedy Scene as "sweet, sweet Francis." This up-and-comer and definitely someone to watch!
