“Rental” means the bar is closed to patrons outside of the people in the renter’s party. Folks are always welcome to come celebrate at 10 Forward at our regular events without needing to pay additional fees.

Please note, drinks must still be purchased from the bar under the following arrangements and no outside alcoholic beverages are allowed in the space. If you are looking to pre-pay for the bar, please email us at 10forwardthevenue@gmail.com.

Due to booking demand for Friday’s and Saturday’s, we must ask for much higher fees to close to the public on those days and they must be booked 3 months in advance. Thanks for understanding!
